Overview

On <www.nr2.ru>, there are projects of flag and coat of arms of Simpheropol - the capital of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in Ukraina. The flag of Crimea is the same without the yellow triangle.
Unofficial symbology of the triangle:
- honey;
- natural wealths of Crimea;
- centre of the peninsula;
- Russian - Ukrainian - Crimean Tatars.

Inscription in Russian is Gorod Pol'zy (Ãîðîä Ïîëüçû - City of Profit). Name of this city "Simferopol`" derives from greek name Sympheropolis, based words symphero (collect together) and polis (town, city).
