The flag of the city of Kasugai is white with mark.
Tomislav Šipek, 13 March 2014

The city emblem was adopted on Jun 1st 1943 and the flag was adopted on Mar 31st 1990. The white flag has a red city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a combination of Hinomaru日の丸 and a curb 井桁 inside and a cherry blossom most popular flower of spring 春 outside. The three symbols representing the cityís kanji name were selected. The curb represents the merged towns and villages hold hands for eternity and the citizenís concord. The flag proportion is 7:10.
