Notzingen Municipal Coat of Arms

Description of coat of arms:
In the blue shield is a golden (= yellow) arched handle placed upside down. Beneath are small initials "NO" of the same colour. The shield has a golden (= yellow) chief superimposed by a black attire.
The current colours were fixed in 1951. Hamdle and initials are local symbols, which already appeared on a municipal seal from the 18th century. The attire is symbolizing that the municipality belonged to Württemberg.
